Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies Aaron Strong recently co-authored an article published in Environmental Science and Policy, together with colleagues at Tufts University and University of California Irvine. The article analyzes the different stakeholder coalition stances taken in the recent revisions of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative - a carbon emissions trading program in 10 Northeastern states.
Strong was also interviewed for the Maine-based Coastal Conversations radio show about ocean acidification which aired on WERU on Oct. 22. In addition he was interviewed for the Generation Anthropocene podcasts' "Climate Explainer" series in September. Generation Anthropocene is a podcast out of the University of Texas Austin.
