Several members of Hamilton’s Digital Humanities Initiative (DHi) gave invited presentations as part of a day-long event in the exploration of Digital Humanities at DePauw University on May 29.

 

Edmund A. LeFevre Professor of English Patricia O'Neill presented her work to date on “The Beloved Witness: The Agha Shahid Ali Project”; Sarah Schultz ’12 discussed her honors thesis “What’s All the Hype About?:  A Critical Exploration of Hypertext Theory and Authorship using Agha Shahid Ali’s poem ‘Snow on the Desert’; DHI Co-Director Janet Simons presented “Digital Humanities in the Liberal Arts” and “A Survey of Digital Humanities Projects and Examples.”
