An article by Professor of Art Katharine Kuharic was published this week by Painters on Paintings (PoP). It is the first in a two-part series titled “Katharine Kuharic on the Pantheon.”
Part I is about Ivan Albright, an American painter known for his meticulously detailed, and sometimes morbid, realism. Kuharic wrote about why she is drawn to Albright’s work and how it has influence her own art.
Part II, about English painter Richard Dadd, will be published on Oct. 17.
