Barbara Gold, the Edward North Chair of Greek and Greek Literature and professor of classics, recently published two book reviews.
Her review of Catherine Keane’s Juvenal and the Satiric Emotions (Oxford University Press, 2015) was published by Classical Journal Online.
The Journal of Roman Studies published Gold’s thoughts on Dream, Fantasy and Visual Art in Roman Elegy (University of Wisconsin Press, 2015) by Emma Scioli. The book is part of the Wisconsin Studies in Classics series.
