Assistant Professor of Religious Studies Seth Schermerhorn recently published a review of Kimberly Jenkins Marshall’s Upward, Not Sunwise: Resonant Rupture in Navajo Neo-Pentecostalism in the American Indian Culture and Research Journal.

According to its website, the American Indian Culture and Research Journal is “the premiere journal in Native American studies.” A publication of the UCLA American Indian Studies Center, the journal “publishes book reviews, literature, and original scholarly papers on a wide range of issues in the fields of history, anthropology, geography, sociology, political science, health, literature, law, education and the arts.”

The $400 million campaign marked the most ambitious fundraising initiative in the College's history.
