Gretchen Schultes '98, lab and classroom user services manager, presented a paper at the Consortium of Liberal Arts Colleges (CLAC) annual meeting, held June 10-12 at Colorado College in Colorado Springs.  This year's conference explored the many facets of "sustainability" and how it relates to information technology in higher education. Schultes participated on a panel that discussed the Sustainability of Smart Classrooms and she specifically presented on how ITS at Hamilton supports and maintains the College's Technology Enhanced classrooms, focusing on the use of our Student Technology Consultants (STCs). Her presentation was titled "TE Classroom Support and Sustainability at Hamilton College." 

The Consortium of Liberal Arts Colleges (CLAC) is an organization comprising many of the top liberal arts colleges in the United States, chartered to explore and promote the use of information technology in the service of our liberal arts educational missions.  The annual meeting in 2006 will be at Hamilton.  More information on CLAC is available http://www.liberalarts.org/about/about.php.
