Several poems by Visiting Assistant Professor of English Jane Springer have recently been published in literary magazines.

 

Oxford American published “What We Call This Frog Hunting” in its “Best Writing of the South Issue.” In addition, “Leave It Lay Where Jesus Flung It” appeared in Plume, “Pretty As You Please” in Poetry Daily and “Hindsight’s Ballad” in Fogged Clarity.

 

Connotation Press: An Online Artifact published four of Springer’s poems: “Waiting at the House of Boo,” “Calvary Letter,” “Letter to the Dark” and “Don’t Write a Check That your Butt Can’t Cash.”
