U.S. Representative Michael A. Arcuri (D-Utica), who represents the 24th District of New York that includes Hamilton College, hosted a visit on Oct. 16 from students in Hamilton's Program in Washington. Students in the program, which this semester is focusing on the oversight process, had a lively discussion with Arcuri on the nature and process of exchange between the Congress and the Executive since he has been in Washington. Arcuri is a member of the Rules and Transportation Committees in the House of Representatives.
