Assistant Professor of German Studies Franziska Schweiger was selected to participate in a four-week summer residency program at the National Humanities Center in Research Triangle Park, N.C.
Schweiger joins some 40 humanities scholars from across the U.S. in a program designed to give participants a concentrated period of supported research to work on a current project or to start a new one. Assisted by NHC librarians, scholars have access to NHC resources and those of facilities in the surrounding area, as well as collections housed in libraries and archives around the world.
