Pavitra Sundar.

Associate Professor of Literature Pavitra Sundar recently delivered a series of talks on her book, Listening with a Feminist Ear (University of Michigan Press, 2023). Her visit to Columbia University was hosted by the university's South Asia Institute, while the one to Amherst College took place under the aegis of the Sexuality, Women's, and Gender Studies department and the Center for Humanistic Inquiry.

Sundar also participated in two virtual speaker series featuring authors of recently published books. The first presentation addressed colleagues and students at the School of Arts and Aesthetics at Jawaharlal Nehru University, as part of the "New Horizons IV" public talks series. The second was to the Dartmouth College community as part of the "Conversations on South Asia" series.

In addition, Sundar was interviewed about her book for the CaMP Anthropology (Communication Media Performance) blog and for the New Books Network podcast.
