In this, the centennial year of hockey on College Hill, Hamilton is rallying to support Clinton, N.Y., in its campaign to be designated “Hockeyville USA.” Clinton is one of four U.S. communities vying for the grand prize in the 2018 Kraft Hockeyville competition. A victory means $150,000 to refurbish the Clinton Arena, plus the chance to host a National Hockey League preseason game.
Hamilton alumni can help by voting for Clinton on the Kraft Hockeyville website. But don’t wait. Voting ends tomorrow, Saturday, April 14, at 11 a.m. Winners will be announced Saturday afternoon on NBC during the network’s NHL telecast.
