The world went virtual in 2020, and Hamilton was right there, too, in a big way.
From 2019 to 2020, the College’s YouTube channel saw a 158 percent increase in the total hours spent viewing College video content.
That spike was fed in part by a significant increase in video offerings intended to virtually engage high schools students and families who could not travel to campus because of the pandemic.
Total video views on the YouTube channel rose 47 percent, and impressions, or the number of times the College’s video thumbnails were shown to viewers, surpassed 1.6 million, for a 90 percent increase.
