The men and women's indoor track and field teams competed at the NYSCTC
Championships this past weekend at SUNY Fredonia. The women finished in
fourth place overall, while the men were 10th.
Maggie Hanson had a fine showing as she won both the 1,000-meters (3:01.14)
and the 1,500-meters (4:42.32). For her efforts, she was named the New York
State Runner of the Year. Barbara Dalgish set a school record in the pole
vault with a vault of 2.59 meters or 8'6".
