Associate Professor of Religious Studies and Director of the American Studies Program Seth Schermerhorn presented on his first book, Walking to Magdalena: Personhood and Place in Tohono O'odham Songs, Sticks, and Stories (co-published by the University of Nebraska Press and the American Philosophical Society in 2019) at the 40th annual meeting of the Southwest Oral History Association in Las Vegas.
