
Professor of History Thomas Wilson was awarded a fellowship for a National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) summer seminar on Daoism. The three-week program, “An Introduction to Daoist Literature and History,” will take place in July at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
The seminar will focus on classical Chinese sources on religious Daoism which revolved around ritual practices of salvation dating to the period from the second to the fifth century.
