Thomas Wilson, the Elizabeth J. McCormack Professor of History, presented a talk on conceptions of heaven and god in Confucian ritual discourse on April 17 at the University of Rochester. His talk was part of the Central New York Humanities Corridor project on Chinese modernity, based at Rochester.

Established in 2006, the CNY Humanities Corridor is a regional collaboration between Syracuse University, Cornell University, the University of Rochester, and the schools of the New York Six Liberal Arts Consortium, of which Hamilton is a member.

The $400 million campaign marked the most ambitious fundraising initiative in the College's history.
