Hamilton’s Women’s Ice Hockey recently presented $1,368 to YWCA Mohawk Valley to support their sexual violence programs and services. Hamilton’s Feb. 3 game against Bowdoin College was designated as an Awareness game with related fundraising activities.
The team sold t-shirts and auctioned custom jerseys before and at the game, and sold customized pucks. After the game the team held a parent/alumnae gathering at the Pub and auctioned a basket of Hamilton apparel. The proceeds also went toward the team’s donation to the YWCA.
