Edmund A. LeFevre Professor of English Steven Yao recently published a short essay, “War, Asia/American Poetics, and the Politics of Remembrance,” in the scholarly journal, Verge: Studies in Global Asias.
Yao also recently published a review of Marilyn Chin's latest volume, “A Portrait of the Self as Nation: New and Selected Poems,” in the Asian American Literary Review.
On Monday, Oct. 28, Chin will be reading from her new book at 4 p.m. in Dwight Lounge of Bristol Campus Center. The reading is free and open to the public.
