Students at Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y., built a Web site (ny2k.hamilton.edu) that tracks the platforms and itineraries of New York's main candidates for the U.S. Senate, Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton and Republican Rick Lazio. Visitors to the site can post comments and cast straw votes.
