Hotel Information

The following hotels, located less than 10 miles from our campus, will honor a nightly rate of $119 + taxes/fees for conference attendees. Please make your room reservation by December 18. Rooms in these blocks are also available on Wednesday night for any attendees planning to get here the day before the conference. As a reminder, we are about 4.5 hours from Boston and 3.5 hours from NYC. If you're considering taking a train, you'll travel to Utica, NY. From there you can take a short 15 minute Uber or Lyft to one of the hotels. If there is enough demand, we will consider running shuttle service from the hotels to campus. We will survey conference registrants in mid-December.
