Specialty Housing
Specialty houses give students the ability to live in more unique housing options on campus.
Specialty options can be chosen in the general housing selection on April 23 with the exception of Rogers, which will be offered in the substance-free housing selection. (Should any rooms remain after the housing selection, those rooms will be offered in the general housing selection.)
Quiet Housing
- Skenandoa, 3rd floor (24 hour quiet hours)
- South 1st and 2nd floors (Quiet hours are Sunday-Thursday 11 p.m.-8 a.m. and Friday-Saturday 1 a.m.-8 a.m.)
Apartments
- Anderson Road A and B (Substance-Free)
- Bundy East and West 100 and 137
- Griffin Road
- McIntosh, Milbank, Minor and Root Faculty Apartments (McIntosh is Substance-Free)
- Morris House (Offered in blocking housing selection with the exception of the 3-person apartment, which will be offered in the general housing selection as a 3-pull)
- Skenandoa 100
Important Note:
If you decide to choose a specialty house/floor, you must agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and expectations that govern that living community as outlined in your housing contract and the Residential Life Policies and Procedures section of your Student Handbook. If you violate any part of this contract, you may be asked to leave the specialty house/floor.
