Peter Arsenault earned a Ph.D. in public administration and policy from the State University at Albany, and a bachelor's degree. in business administration from Merrimack College. His research on embracing paradox in management was voted runner-up for the best 2014 research article in the Organization Management Journal. Prior to Hamilton, he was an assistant professor of sport and recreation m anagement and the head men’s and women’s tennis coach at Franklin Pierce University. As the head tennis coach, he helped to transform the men’s and women’s tennis teams into nationally ranked programs. Other than sport and recreation management, he has taught courses in the areas of management, marketing, and business statistics.
