Aspirational Design Campus Community Survey

The Aspirational Design Core Team is seeking focused feedback from the Hamilton community before presenting a refined report to the Board of Trustees in March.

Campus Community Survey

We are excited to share a working draft of recommendations emerging from our recent Aspirational Design process. Faculty, staff, students, alumni, and trustees contributed ideas through charrettes, interviews, and campus conversations over the past year. For a refresher on the themes that surfaced, you can revisit our January update.

We invite you to review the Preliminary Aspirational Design Report and complete the short survey linked on the webpage. This is not yet public and you will need to sign in with your Hamilton credentials.

We are seeking focused feedback from the Hamilton community before presenting a refined report to the Board of Trustees next month. Please share your input by Friday, Feb. 20.

The ideas outlined here build on Hamilton’s existing strengths, and are intended to clarify direction and strengthen coordination across the College, not to expand roles without planning or adding responsibilities before considering appropriate resources. Any implementation would require phased planning, faculty governance review, and careful alignment of staffing and funding.

What’s Next?

Your survey feedback will be incorporated into the report that is presented to the Board of Trustees in March. Thank you for engaging in this process and for helping to shape Hamilton’s path forward.
