  • Learn how to use the online platform Airtable for organizing and sharing your data with easy-to-build databases. This is the second in the Organizing Your Research workshop series.

  •  Add some variety to your workout by using a weighted bar, hand weights, and step aerobics to alternate strength training and cardio routines. This class is open to all, begins at 12:10 and ends at 12:55 each Wednesday, and is great for employees who are crunched for time. Class ends with toning, abs and stretch. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged to try this class.
