Hamilton College opens its academic year at the end of August with a traditional Convocation ceremony. Members of the administration welcome students and new faculty, and academic achievement prizes are awarded to students.
Come back to Hamilton October 25-28 to experience the campus in all its fall glory. The weekend provides opportunities to attend classes, performances, athletic events and educational Family Colleges.

Feb Fest livens up the campus during the middle of winter. Events have included snow sculpture competitions, chocolate tastings, snoccer (snow soccer), chili cook-offs, ice skating party, beer tasting, concerts and more.
Class & Charter Day is a convocation on the last day of spring classes. Academic and scholarly achievement prizes are awarded to students and faculty members.
The 2020 commencement ceremony will take place Sunday, May 24, at 10:15 a.m., in the Scott Field House. Tickets are not required. The ceremony will be streamed live online.
