Event Description
PiYo is a unique blend of movements based in mat Pilates and yoga, kicking up the pace a few notches to create a bodyweight-only workout that lengthens and tones from head to toe. Combining the flexibility and balance explored in yoga with the stability and core strengthening of Pilates (and sprinkling in some low-impact cardio), PiYo is age-friendly, modifiable for all bodies, and will leave you feeling both sweaty and invigorated. No prior experience necessary - just a mat and an open mind! (mats are available)
