Join the History Department for the presentation of a Senior Honors Thesis by Andrew Hohmann '26 "A Fleeting Glimpse: Lived Experiences of Freedmen in 1865 and 1866 in Petersburg, Virginia" This Honors Thesis will illuminate the lives of formerly enslaved persons in the major railway hub of the Confederacy six months after the end of the Civil War. Reserve your bike! Cruise over the hump day of the week! Work with the basics of indoor cycling while building strength and endurance. We will review proper bike setup, correct form and posture, and learn the basic cycling moves. The class will be 30-40 minutes of cycling with additional pre and post-workout stretching. The total class time will be about 45 minutes. This class is open to everyone, especially those new to spinning. Please bring a water bottle and a hand towel. Instructor: Aileen Basile

This skill ignites your metabolism, improves your heart health and stamina, joint health, and increases focus. Jump rope is a great addition to anyone's fitness journey.
