How Alumni and Parents Can Support Students in their Career Exploration

Join Hamilton’s Career Center directors for a conversation about how today’s students are preparing for life after Hamilton and how parents and alumni play an active role in student success. They will share insights on our signature programs, trends in student engagement, and practical ways families can help guide and support their students. Our conversation will include an overview of Hamilton’s innovative career development model and Career Communities program; tips for parents to encourage exploration, resilience, and career confidence; and ways alumni and parents can open doors through mentoring, networking, and creating opportunities for students. Come prepared with your questions for our Career Center representatives.
