The discussion will center on RBC’s Capital Markets Advisory Program, an industry-leading, multi-month early insight and professional development opportunity designed for undergraduate students interested in finance. Attendees will also learn about the internship recruitment timeline for sophomores, along with an overview of RBC’s distinct culture. The session will close with a look at RBC’s developments in AI and how they are making liberal arts backgrounds increasingly valuable within the industry.
