Event Description
Join us for Sasha Iizuka-Sheeley's Emerson Summer Research Presentation on Palestinian Women Poets. Their writing after the Nakba redefines resistance as acts of endurance through childbirth, waiting, mourning, and daily survival. Drawing on the work of five poets, this research moves beyond traditional symbols of resistance to show how grief and trauma are processed individually, refusing to let loss collapse into generalized, interchangeable tragedy.Contact
