As the 2025-26 academic year wrapped up, students were honored with scholarships and awards, and presented research at professional conferences.

We’re here to unlock that potential.” That’s what Jacob Shulman’26 says about the Trivium Venture Network, a business he launched out of his Kirkland Residence Hall room last year. Shulman is a passionate believer in the transformative potential of a liberal arts education and its transferability to entrepreneurship.

The Hamilton men’s varsity hockey team made history on March 29, winning the NCAA Division III national championship. The Continentals defeated Hobart and William Smith in overtime when Curtiss Sturgeon ’29 scored with 3:16 left in the first sudden-victory overtime period, and lifted Hamilton to a 2-1 victory. The Hamilton College Continentals are halfway to their goal of four wins in the NCAA Division III Women's Hockey Championship and a national title. Hamilton's Evie Sheridan '26 made 31 saves and shut out Adrian College 2-0 in a quarterfinal at Adrian's Arrington Ice Arena on Saturday afternoon.

Hamilton College's Nancy Loh '23 posted a goal and an assist and the Continentals' dream season continued with a 3-1 win against the Nazareth College Golden Flyers in a 2023 NCAA Division III Women's Hockey Championship first round game at Hamilton's raucous Russell Sage Rink on Wednesday night.

Hamilton College shot better than 67 percent from the floor in the second half and the Continentals came from behind in a 71-59 win against the Colby College Mules in the 2023 NESCAC Men's Basketball Championship final at Williams College's Chandler Gymnasium on Sunday afternoon.

Three Continentals teams will be hosting championship round games the weekend of Feb. 23 to 24. Men’s basketball, women’s hockey, and men’s hockey earned hosting rights after big victories last weekend.

Hamilton College received an at-large bid to compete in the NCAA Division III Men's Hockey Championship. The Continentals will take on Oswego State on Saturday, March 11, at the Utica Aud. This is the Continentals' first trip to the NCAA men's hockey championship.
