A Flurry of FebFest Fun

FebFest 2017 offered something for everyone ... even snow.  As a heavy snow blanketed the area on Sunday night, many students took part in the Outing Club’s moonlight snowshoe through Root Glen.

A highlight of the week was an appearance by Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson who joked about being on set at SNL, politics and his Staten Island upbringing, and also engaged in some playful banter with President Wippman.

The Mr. Hamilton competition took place on Monday, with Aidan Costello ’20 taking home the title. The event raised more than $400 for Alternative Spring Break.

At Femme, students performed their monologues on a number of topics including body, self-esteem, love, race and more.

The always-popular Chocolate Tasting drew a large crowd to Sadove for a variety of cakes and desserts.

Acoustic coffeehouse brought lady lamb and oh land to the Events Barn.

And, more food is in store for Saturday with the 23rd annual chili cook-off.
