Titled “Off with His Head: The Relationship Between Contempt and Support for the Death Penalty,” the poster explored the role of dispositional contempt (a person’s tendency to look upon others with contempt, to see them as posing no inherent value) in shaping people’s attitudes toward the death penalty.
Kim’s research was conducted as part of a collaborative research course under the supervision of Assistant Professor of Psychology Keelah Williams.
