Jones Attends Corporate Governance Workshop

Derek Jones, the Irma M. and Robert D. Morris Professor of Economics, was an invited attendant at a workshop at the London School of Economics on Feb. 6^th and 7^th.

Centered on the British government’s recent Green Paper on Corporate Governance Reform, the workshop examined the effect of and ways to increase employee influence and diversity on company boards.
