Associate Professor of Philosophy Alexandra Plakias recently discussed “Food Justice as Epistemic Justice” at the 2022 joint annual meeting of the Agriculture, Food, and Human Values Society and the Association for the Study of Food and Society.
The conference was hosted by the University of Georgia with the theme Cultivating Connections: Exploring Entry Points into Sustainable Food Systems. Plakias presented as a member of a panel on “New Philosophical Work on Food Justice.”
