The Hamilton College Republicans and Democrats joined forces early this morning to place 3,000 miniature American flags along Martin's Way, in remembrance of the close to 3,000 people who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
A vigil gathering is planned for Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. in front of KJ Commons entrance. Gabe Mollica '14 will lead singing of a few songs and a silent vigil will follow to the steps of the chapel, where a memorial wall will be set up for members of the Hamilton community to write names of loved ones and words expressing thoughts for the occasion. Individuals will also be invited to share thoughts, poems and remembrances before the group gathered by the chapel steps.
