
The Department of Music presents a concert by the Hamilton College Orchestra on Thursday, Dec. 13, at 7:30 p.m., in Wellin Hall, Schambach Center for Music and the Performing Arts.
Conducted by Heather Buchman, the concert will feature Beethoven’s Egmont Overture, Wagner’s Siegfried Idyll, and Schumann’s Symphony No. 3, Rhenish. Beethoven’s musical influence on both Wagner and Schumann is clear in these two pieces.
