Hamilton found great success in NCAA tournaments during the year 2000, with Men's Soccer (Elite 8), Women's Lacrosse (Elite 8), Women's Cross Country (#7), Men's Swimming (#8), Women's Swimming (#9), and Men's Basketball (Round of 32) all making national postseason appearances. Hamilton is ranked 26th in the 2000-01 Sears Directors' Cup Division III Final Fall Standings.
