Hamilton Association for Volunteering Outreach and Charity (HAVOC) helped students get to know the local community and provide service to non-profit organizations on Sept. 9 when it sponsored the 16th annual Make a Difference Day.

Some 150 students volunteered at 23 local organizations, including the Rome Humane Society, Kirkland Library, Root Farm, Children’s Museum, Habitat for Humanity, and Sculpture Space.

The $400 million campaign marked the most ambitious fundraising initiative in the College's history.
