Assistant Dean of Faculty for Institutional Research Gordon Hewitt was part of a panel presentation on using data in the accreditation process at the annual conference of the Association for Institutional Research in Toronto on May 23.
Members of the panel "Converting Data into Evidence: Institutions Discuss Using CIRP Surveys in Accreditation" discussed how they have used CIRP data in their reaccreditation process, and discussed challenges and insights to using data in reaccreditation.
Other presenters were Laura Palucki Blake, Higher Education Research Institute, UCLA, and Ellen Peters, Bates College.
