William R. Kenan Professor of East Asian Languages & Literature Hong Gang Jin gave the keynote speech at the Fifth Annual Five College Chinese Language Conference at Smith College on Oct. 30. Her talk was titled "Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language: Methodological Principles and Best Practices."
