John G. Rice ’78, vice chair of General Electric Company (GE), was featured on Bloomberg Television’s “Surveillance” in an interview that identified him as a graduate of Hamilton College and referenced the College’s Economics department.
Rice spoke with Bloomberg’s Tom Keene on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, in January. The interview addressed job creation and GE’s global growth strategy. Rice has been employed at GE for 35 years and was promoted to its head of global operations in 2010.
