
Director of Interactive Content Strategy Jess Krywosa presented a paper at the American Marketing Association Symposium for the Marketing of Higher Education held Nov. 10 – 13 in Boston.
In her paper, “The Scroll: Branding, Content Strategy and Social Media,” Krywosa discussed the The Scroll, Hamilton’s social media aggregator, and how it has made social media more visible on campus, spurring conversation and sharing.
