Hamilton College men's ice hockey player Marko Brelih '16 (Toronto, Ontario/Upper Canada College) was selected to the 2013 NESCAC All-Conference team on Feb. 28.

2013 men’s ice hockey all-conference team

Brelih was voted to the all-conference second team as a defenseman. He is only the second Hamilton freshman on the all-NESCAC team since 2000. Brelih is ranked second in the conference in defenseman scoring and is tied for second in rookie scoring with 20 points on seven goals and 13 assists.

Brelih's first collegiate goal was the game-winner in a 2-1 overtime victory at Trinity College on Nov. 30. He tallied a season-high four points on one goal and three assists in a 7-3 win at Connecticut College on Feb. 11.

The Continentals finished with a 6-16-3 overall record, including 4-12-2 in the conference. Hamilton appeared in the NESCAC championship quarterfinals for the fifth consecutive year.
