To be eligible for inclusion on the Scholar All-America team, a student-athlete must be nominated by his coach, have senior standing and a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 and either be a member of the North-South Senior Game roster or an outstanding conference player. Fiacco was selected to participate in the 2013 USILA/LaxWorld Division III Senior North-South Game, which will be held at Cabrini College on Friday, May 24. Fiacco was a two-time all-conference member, including the 2013 NESCAC All-Conference second team, during his career. He has been on the NESCAC spring all-academic team twice.

Fiacco finished this season with 24 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers in 15 games. The four-year starter wrapped up his Hamilton career with 127 ground balls and 58 caused turnovers in 58 games. He anchored a defense that ranked second in the NESCAC this year with 7.47 goals allowed per game, and the Continentals' man-down defense is seventh in Division III at 85.7 percent.
