Ken Click '13 poured in a career-high 21 points and blocked four shots to lead Hamilton College to a 63-60 win against Wells College in a non-league men's basketball game at Hamilton's Margaret Bundy Scott Field House on Nov. 27.

Hamilton (2-1 overall) held a slim 28-26 edge at the half thanks to 17 points from Click in the first 20 minutes. The 6-foot-8 center was 10 of 16 from the floor and handed out three assists. Pat Sullivan '12 chipped in 14 points and six rebounds, and Ephraim McDowell '12 added eight points.

Terry Harrison '12 posted a double-double for Wells with 20 points and a game-high 11 rebounds. Mabior Mayen '14 had 13 points and eight rebounds, and Dave Foltz '12 scored nine points before he fouled out with less than 10 seconds left.

The Express (1-4) turned the ball over 25 times, but were able to stay in the game because they shot 52 percent from the field in the second half, and the Continentals made just 8 of 17 free throws in the final 20 minutes.

Wells never led in the second half. The score was tied at 30-30 early, but McDowell buried a pair of three-pointers, and Greg Newton '14 made a jumper to give Hamilton a 38-30 advantage. The closest the Express got to the Continentals after that was the final margin, which was provided by a Benito Perez '14 three-pointer in the final seconds.

Hamilton hosts SUNY Institute of Technology for another non-league game on Monday, Nov. 29. Wells travels to Cazenovia College on Wednesday, Dec. 1.
