Hamilton College placed third of four teams in the Hamilton Quadrangular at the Skenandoa Club in Clinton, N.Y., on April 16.

Hamilton finished with a four-man total of 323 shots. Middlebury College was first with 314, and SUNY Delhi was right behind at 315. Rensselaer ended up fourth with 327.

Just seven of the 25 golfers broke 80 on the 6,755-yard layout in chilly and windy conditions that featured intermittent rain and sleet showers. The best score was 3-over par 75 by two players.

Brandon De Graff '14 and Brad Roche '11 carded 80s, and Greg Scott '14 shot 81. Just two of Scott's 18 rounds have been 80 or worse. Julian Ophals '14 added an 82.

The Continentals compete in the NESCAC Spring Opener at Taconic Golf Course in Williamstown, Mass., on Saturday and Sunday, April 23 and 24.
