Members of the men’s ice hockey team – playing under the name Delta Tango and the Choir Boys – captured first place and Chipotle in the Hamilton Association for Volunteering Outreach and Charity – (HAVOC) Halloween Dodgeball Tournament.

More than $350 was raised for James Madison High School in Houston, Tex., which was affected by Hurricane Harvey. Maxwell Akuamoah-Boateng ’09 is an assistant principal at the school and HAVOC members reached out to him through the Community Outreach and Opportunity Project (COOP.) The money raised by HAVOC will be used to purchase uniform shirts for students who are unable to afford them.

Eight teams and more than 50 students competed in the tournament; the team “This is for Dan” took second place.
