The Continentals (9-3-2 overall) are leading the group of teams in the "Others Receiving Votes" portion with 15 points in both polls.
Hamilton extended its current unbeaten streak to nine games (7-0-2) with a 3-2 win at Connecticut College on Saturday night and a 1-1 tie at Tufts University on Sunday afternoon. It's the longest unbeaten streak for the men since they won nine straight games during the 1996-97 season.
Robbie Murden '17 is ninth in Division III in goals per game with 11 in 14 contests. Evan Buitenhuis '18 is second in the nation with a .957 save percentage and is fourth with a 1.42 goals against average in 12 starts in net.
The Continentals aim to add to their unbeaten string this weekend when they host Amherst College for a NESCAC game on Friday, Jan. 22, at 7 p.m. and Daniel Webster College for a non-conference contest on Saturday, Jan. 23, at 7 p.m.
