The Continentals (5-4 overall) dropped 8-1 decisions to Colorado Mesa University and Carthage College. Colorado Mesa (10-3) is a Division II program. Carthage (7-5) was ranked 17th in the Central Region by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association last fall.
Austin Lokre '16 picked up Hamilton's team point against Colorado Mesa with a 6-4, 6-4 win at sixth flight singles. Lokre moved his singles record to 4-1 this season.
Matt Billet '15 and Jon Cohen '17 posted an 8-3 victory at third flight doubles against Carthage. Billet has 28 career doubles wins for the Continentals.
Hamilton takes on nationally ranked No. 22 University of Wisconsin-Whitewater on Wednesday, March 25. The match was rained out on Monday.
